Product features

Homogeneous glass is heated by convection through a homogeneous furnace (hot immersion furnace). Hot and cold air flow parallel to the surface of the glass and between each piece of glass, and should not be hindered by the glass broken. In the process of homogenization of the curved glass, measures should be taken to prevent the unsmooth airflow caused by the irregular shape of the glass. Air vents and exits shall not be obstructed by broken glass.
