· When unpacking, please check whether the grades and series of the actual product are in accordance with the standard of the logo and the certificate. If there is any discrepancy, please contact our company in time;

· Different series of temperable LOW-E coated glass is strictly prohibited to be used on the same building facade;

· If you encounter technical problems that cannot be solved during hot processing, please contact our company in time;

· Hot-working and unprocessed tempered LOW-E coated glass should not be mixed;

· When the grade of temperable LOW-E glass is qualified, it is not suitable for glass curtain wall;

· The storage life of the tempered LOW-E coated glass is 6 months (counting from the production date)

Tempered LOW-E coated glass must be hollow laminated within 24 hours;

Tempered LOW-E glass should be stored in a dry and clean environment;

· After unpacking, the remaining temperable LOW-E coated glass in the box shall be packaged and protected in accordance with the initial packaging method of the factory;

· For the compensation caused by the quality of the temperable LOW-E coated glass, our company's reasonable compensation to the customer is limited to the product itself. It is limited to replacing the product with the same delivery conditions as the original product or refunding the same amount of product.
